2. Twitch Connectivity

Fyte may require Twitch authentication to identify viewers and connect supported Twitch accounts to active game sessions.

You may not impersonate another user, attempt to authenticate an account you do not control, or attempt to bypass Fyte authentication systems.

3. Optional Cosmetic DLC

Fyte may offer optional cosmetic DLC through Steam.

Cosmetic DLC may unlock additional customization options but does not grant a gameplay advantage unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Ownership and availability of Steam DLC are also subject to Steam's applicable terms and policies.

4. Cosmetic Data

Fyte may store cosmetic selections associated with your Twitch and Steam identifiers so your selected customization can be retrieved when using the service.

Cosmetic selections, virtual items, and customization data have no independent monetary value unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Authentication and Security

Fyte may use authentication tokens, including JWTs, to verify access to online services.

You may not attempt to forge, modify, reuse, intercept, or otherwise circumvent authentication tokens or security mechanisms.

6. User Conduct

While using Fyte services, you may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Fyte systems or data.
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities to bypass authentication or access restrictions.
• Disrupt, overload, probe, scrape, or interfere with Fyte infrastructure.
• Use another person's account or identifiers without authorization.
• Use the service for unlawful or abusive purposes.

7. Third-Party Services

Fyte relies on third-party services and platforms, including Twitch and Steam.

Fyte is not responsible for outages, account restrictions, API changes, service changes, or other actions taken by third-party providers.

8. No Guarantee of Availability

Fyte and its online services may be changed, updated, interrupted, taken offline, or discontinued at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, preservation of cosmetic data, continued compatibility with third-party services, or error-free operation.

9. Disclaimer

Fyte is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, or continued availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operators of Fyte will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use Fyte or its related services.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated as Fyte and its services change. Continued use of Fyte after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
