Fyte uses Twitch and Steam account identifiers to provide game connectivity, authentication, and optional cosmetic features.

Depending on the features you use, Fyte may collect and store:

• Your Twitch user ID.
• Your Steam user ID.
• Your saved cosmetic selections and related customization data.
• Information necessary to verify access to optional cosmetic DLC.
• Technical information necessary to operate, secure, and troubleshoot Fyte services.

3. Twitch Authentication

Fyte uses Twitch authentication to identify viewers connecting to the game and to associate supported features with the correct Twitch account.

Your Twitch password is entered directly with Twitch and is not provided to Fyte.

4. Steam and Cosmetic DLC

Fyte may use your Steam user ID to verify ownership of optional cosmetic DLC.

If you use cosmetic DLC features, your Twitch user ID may be associated with your cosmetic selections so those selections can be stored and retrieved when you use Fyte.

Cosmetic DLC is optional and is not required to participate in Fyte unless otherwise stated.

5. Authentication Tokens

Fyte uses JSON Web Tokens (JWTs) to authenticate and verify requests made between the game and Fyte services.

Authentication tokens are used to help confirm that requests are associated with an authorized session and should not be shared with other users.

6. How We Use Information

Information collected by Fyte may be used to:

• Authenticate users and game sessions.
• Verify access to optional cosmetic DLC.
• Store and retrieve cosmetic selections.
• Operate and maintain Fyte services.
